Hi friends, here i'm going to share my experience about spending one day in mysore zoo. Actually i thought there is nothing big to entertain ourself. But i'm wrong, it is a very good place to visit for nature lovers. It is the exact place to see variety of birds and animals. Also, you can connect with the nature by feeling the fresh air. This wonderful place is surrounded by many green plants and trees. Specifically, the environment is very neat and clean without any plastics.
When I entered the Mysore zoo entrance, they charged Rs.80/- each as visiting fee and this amount varies depends on the adult or children, week days or week end and additional charge will be collected for electric vehicle. Actually it is worth the amount. After this payment, there is some of the checking formalities. In this procedure, they are not allowing plastic bottles and snacks inside the zoo.
Moving from there, you can see various breeds of birds including peacock, cock, macaw, crane, parrot, love birds, stroke, pheasant, cockatiel etc. Vow! its amazing to hear the sounds of birds and their beauty. On reading the features of the birds, we came to about their name, country which they belong to, zoological name, characteristics etc. After watching all these birds we will definitely get tired. So that, Seating's are arranged in many places and filter water facilities are also available.
When we move on to the next, we can capture the animals. In this zoo, they take care of animals such as lion, tiger, monkey, deer, beer, elephant, rhinoceros, cheetah, gorilla, giraffe, buffalo etc. As I said above it is not one or two animals in one category, you can see variety of animals. Also there is a separate section for snakes and other reptiles. I don't visit that place, because i'm little scared about that😅.
After you crossed half a distance of the Mysore zoo, there you can find very few stores selling products such as animal toys, craft items, hats, household things, key chains, bags etc. Moreover, there you can see one restaurant and some of the chaat & ice cream stalls. When we reach that point, we must feel tired and we need some rest. There I have masala poori, coffee and pepper butter corn and get relaxed for some time.
In my experience, I highly suggest people who wish to walk for a very long distance in a natural environment with your beloved ones. In addition to all those things, I remind you one thing if you are a pet lover you can adopt any of these birds and animals also. The one who adopted will be the owner of that chosen bird or animal for a selected period and your name will be noted in front of that. I explained here about my experience in this zoo.
