Bengal Gram & Puffed Rice Porridge:
Bengal Gram is packed with nutrients and rich in protein. It will keep the babies active and healthy the whole day. You can also use normal rice instead of puffed rice for making the porridge. All you need to do is roast the rice and grind it as well.
- Take equal quantity of Bengal gram and puffed rice.
- Grind it to a fine powder and store it in an air tight container.
- Take two spoons of the powder and mix well without lumps.
- Boil it and stir continously until the mixture turns to porridge form.
- Add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste of the porridge.
