How to Make Spicy & Tasty Chicken Gravy - Here you can get the recipe of yummy Chicken Gravy here



        
  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Small Onion - 10-15 (or big onion -2)
  • Tomato - 3
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 table spoon
  • Curd - Half cup
  • Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 2
  • Cloves - 3
  • Coconut grated - 1 small cup
  • Cashew nuts - 5-6
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Curry leaves 
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chili powder - as per taste
  • Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 4 table spoon
  • For seasoning - (Fennel Seeds - 1 teaspoon, 2 cloves, cinnamon - 2, Bay leaf -1, & cardamom- 1)

Procedure for preparing Homemade Chicken Gravy

  • Step 1: For preparing creamy chicken gravy, Marinate the chicken for about half an hour with curd, lemon juice, turmeric powder, half of the ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Step 2: Then, cook the marinated chicken in cooker up to 2 whistles (add water in cooker up to the level of chicken)
  • Step 3: Take another pan and add two table spoons of oil
  • Step 4: Add all the spices as said above and leave it for a while
  • Step 5: once you feel the aroma of spices fried in oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Step 6: Then add tomatoes and keep frying for 2 minutes
  • Step 7: Finally add some salt, coconut & cashews
  • Step 8: Once the masala is done, grind it
  • Step 9: Meanwhile add the remaining oil in a pan and add seasoning spices, curry leaves, green chilli & remaining ginger garlic paste
  • Step 10: Once it is cooked, add the grinded paste (step-8), chicken and all masalas (chilli, coriander powder, garam masala)
  • Step 11: Add water as per your requirement 
  • Step 12: Cook the gravy up to the oil releases out
  • Step 13: Finally add coriander leaves and our yummy restaurant style chicken gravy is ready to serve.
First time I tried this simple chicken curry, really friends it come out very well. An additional information to you friends, if you need colourful red spicy chicken gravy add both normal and Kashmiri chili powder. The chicken is very smooth and the texture is very good i.e. you can get the thick chicken Gravy.
