When we become a mother, our full time time duty is to care the baby. Not at all, we have to grow the baby in a healthier way. At this time, foods are placing vital role. So, once the baby attains six months they are ready to intake solids. We are so much confused about the recipes. Here you can get the healthier option of food recipes for newborn.
Recipe 1 : Ragi Porridge
Ragi is a millet, which is rich in protein and calcium. It is also one of the weight gaining foods for babies. Ragi is also a good source of fiber,and Vitamins B1, B2 and B6.
Steps to make Ragi Porridge:
- Take a small amount of ragi and soak it for more than three hours.
- After that clean the ragi and grind it to a fine paste.
- Then, mix with water and stain it.
- Keep it on low flame in a pan.
- Slowly it turns into a very smooth texture.
- Stir it well, until it turns into a smooth porridge.
- After cooling, serve it to babies.
- If required, add less amount of palm sugar while cooking.
