1. Stop the Alarm and Snooze the Phone Away

Once you stop the alarm, keep your phone away because starting your day with WhatsApp, YouTube and other social media will spoil your whole day. 

2. Wake up Early

        It gives peace of mind and that time will be all yours. You can spend it on whatever you desire.

4. Drink Water

        Take a cup of plain warm water or infused water and sit on a balcony or any place to relax and sip it slowly. It will detox your body and stay hydrated all day.
