Rice and Moong Dhal Porridge - 8 months + Baby Recipes

 Rice & Moong Dhal Porridge

         The combination of rice and moong dhal provides a good filling for the babies. It is rich in carbohydrate and protein. Also, it promotes weight gain for your little one.





Ingredients

  • Rice - 1 tablespoon
  • Moong Dhal - 1 spoon
  • Fenugreek - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic pod - 1 (optional)
  • Salt

Simple Procedure to make Rice & Moong Dhal Porridge

Step 1: Wash all the ingredients and place it in cooker.
Step 2: Add required amount of water and pressure cook it upto 5 whistles.
Step 3: After the steam is released, mash it and add salt.
Step 4: When you are serving, add ghee as per the acceptance of your baby.
