 Instant Ghee Rice For Babies

        Ghee is a dairy product, which can be introduced to babies when you start the solids.  Some of the babies hate ghee and other dairy products. My baby is one among them. So, I used to search for recipes, which will be tastier and fulfill the health benefits of dairy products. Finally, I have found a recipe that will be a good substitute for those babies who are not interested in ghee.

Ingredients for Making Ghee Rice:

  • Ghee - 3 teaspoon
  • Spices - Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon (each one)
  • Onion - 1/4
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Boiled rice - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves 

Ghee Rice Preparing Method:

  • Take a pan, heat it, and add ghee.
  • For seasoning, add all the spices mentioned above.
  • Wait a while and add onion.
  • Saute the onion until it becomes golden brown color.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry until the raw smell.
  • Add in coriander leaves, cumin powder, and salt as per the taste.
  • Finally, mix the boiled rice to the masala and serve it immediately.
