Flattened Rice and Banana Porridge
Flattened rice or aval or poha is a traditional food, which all we following till now. It is rich in vitamin B, which can help you energized your baby all the day and improves brain development. Here I'm sharing a simple porridge recipe using the flattened rice and banana.
- Flattened Rice or Aval - 3 teaspoon
- Banana - half
- Sugar - If required
Procedure to Prepare Flattened Rice and Banana Porridge:
- Soak the flattened rice in hot water for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the banana in the soaked flattened Rice.
- Using the spoon, smash the banana and flattened rice.
- Mix it well and add less amount of sugar, if required.
